Found Comm - Garden Terrace

Provides a low economy of apartments for single adults with very low or fixed income.
The rooms are furnished and include well-equipped amenities, basic cables, wireless internet, and voicemail.
Reserves some units for people coming out of the homeless.

Provides a food pantry open to all residents of the Foundation Communities.

Front Steps and Caritas, in partnership with Foundation Communities, provide on-site case coordination and service coordination for formerly homeless people.
Provides service coordination (not case management) for residents who were not previously homeless.
They offer Individual Development Accounts (IDA). This allows residents to receive $2 for every dollar they save to attend college, buy a home, or start a business. Provides a few units that are fully accessible to people with disabilities.

DO NOT accept pets except for service animals.
Requirements:

Eligibility: Single adults, living alone, over 18 years old.
Ability to demonstrate his ability to live independently and pay rent
Criminal background check requirements (applicants convicted are not necessarily rejected)
