The Food Pantry was established in 1987 as a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) to meet the emergency food needs of Bastrop County residents.
The pantry is proud of its history as a Hunger Buster Food Aid Center and its ability to respond immediately to individuals and families in a food crisis.
Hours of emergency food assistance:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
(Walk-ins, No appointment)
Pantry express for emergency food assistance hours:
First Thursday of the month
4:00pm - 7:00pm
(By appointment only)
Fourth Saturday of the month
9:00 - 12:00
(Appointment only)
BCEFP is closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
