I've been trying for over 3 weeks to get food assistance. No one is ever there (even before Covid-19), no one answers phone calls and sending emails seems to be useless too.
The people that operate this pantry are very nice and helpful. The pantry doesn't have set hours but instead schedules a time that works for you. They have an array of fresh products and pet food which is very helpful. The people were responsive after I submitted a brief form on their website.
