Serves portions of postal codes 44103 and 44106 within the city of Cleveland.
The exact boundary can be determined by calling the 211/first call of Help.
In general, income must be less than or equal to 200% of the federal poverty line.
Households that do not meet income guidelines but have mitigating circumstances such as loss of income or other financial difficulties can be served on a case-by-case basis.
Documentation required:
Proof of address/residence,Current postmarked,Utility bill, Ohio Works First OWF) statement, or other official document such as that received from Social Security).

Proof of income:
Public assistance benefit letter, social security benefit letter, Medicaid card or check stub.
Proof of family size:
Birth certificates, Medicaid/Medical cards or school registration forms for each household member).
Photo I.D. For the customer and his representative, if he is disabled.)
However, individuals may be served once without documents.
If the income exceeds the guidelines, you may ask.
Pantry hours of operation:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Generally closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and all major holidays.
Also closed for two weeks after Labor Day.
