Requirements: The head of the household must present a photo ID at the time of appointment.

Monday
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm (No 5th Monday of the month)
Wednesday
5:45 pm - 7:00 pm (Not on 1st or 5th Wednesday of the month)
Thursday 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
