Friendship Center Food Pantry of the Northern Berkshire Interfaith Action Initiative

Weekly food pantry for residents of North Adams, Clarksburg and Florida. Eligibility to access is on a bi-weekly basis. Hours of operation: Wednesday between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. In cold, weather, warming/waiting room is in the Baptist Church community room "use the Eagle St entrance at the corner of Main St.MissionThe Northern Berkshire Interfaith Action Initiative is a group of people of faith working together with others of goodwill to find ways to serve our community.DescriptionThe Friendship Center is the home of the Northern Berkshire Interfaith Action Initiative.

It also hosts a food pantry in cooperation with the Berkshire Community Action Council and the Western Mass. Food Bank

10:00am to 2:00pm; 4:00pm to 6:00pm

The Northern Berkshire Interfaith Action Initiative meets the third Friday of each month at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of North Adams. In addition to agenda items, each meeting begins with a period of silent prayer, faith sharing, and brief community announcements. All people of goodwill are welcome to participate. Donations of food and money are gratefully accepted. For monetary donations make checks payable to the Northern Berkshire Interfaith Action Initiative and mail them to 43 Eagle St., North Adams, MA 01247.
