ETSC is a congregate meal site for Meals on Wheels, which are served at 11:30 am, Monday - Friday. and must be ordered a day in advance.ETSC is a commodity distribution site for senior commodities and the emergency food assistance program. Distribution occurs Monday - Friday 8:30 am-11:30 am.Meals on Wheels are provided for persons 60 years of age and older and their spouses, regardless of spouses age. Eligible persons are encouraged to make a contribution of $4 to help defray the meal cost. No one will be denied a meal because of the lack of ability to pay.
