Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Applicants will need to fill in an application form, which should be renewed annually. During your first visit, please be prepared to present a photo ID card and a recent invoice to confirm your stay. On each subsequent visit, you will need to present a recent invoice sent to your address by mail to receive food.
