How often:
Sally's pantry is available monthly.
After three visits, shoppers are asked to meet with a case manager for further opportunities.
On their first visit, shoppers will be asked to bring:
Photo ID suitable for all adults in the home
State-issued ID Passport Matricula Green Card
Birth certificates for children or health insurance or nutrition stamped benefit letter
Proof of residence (lease, copy of bill, etc.)
