Photo ID for all adults in the household, SS cards for all family members, adults and children, proof of income (salary stubs, documentation showing amount received from AFDC, food stamps, SSA, SSI, VA, Child Support, pension, etc.).
If there is no income must prove that they have applied for food stamps, proof of all bills paid at your address each month (leasing showing the amount of payment, receipt of rent, lights/water/propane/gas receipts, car payments, insurance, child care, etc.)
Pantry hours of operation:
Monday to Thursday
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Friday
8:30 am - 12:00 pm
