They must live in NW, SW or SE Washington, D.C. and be older (60 or older), disabled or parents with children between 1 and 17.
Requirement:
Social Security Card; photo ID; proof of residence; last payment; or other proof of income, proof of disability.
Pantry hours of operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
9:00 am - 3:00 pm Thursday
Mission Statement
The mission of Bread for the City is to help Washington, DC residents living with low income to develop their power to determine the future of their own communities. We provide food, clothing, medical care, and legal and social services to reduce the burden of poverty. We seek justice through community organizing and public advocacy. We work to uproot racism, a major cause of poverty. We are committed to treating our clients with the dignity and respect that all people deserve." *

Hi I was SUPPOSE to get a bag of food delivered today n DDNT get it nor I DDNT get the gift card. I have other people living here so you should call when you drop it off. It helps me A LOT.
