The Dorothy Day Center Food Shelf provides services for homeless and near-homeless persons in the metro area, and also acts as a back-up food shelf for those that have already visited their local food shelf for the month.

Hours of Operation:

Breakfast from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Lunch is served from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM
Dinner is from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM

For other services their operating hours are:

From 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Wednesday
From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The only free food I have ever seen are the meals, they are a step up from jail food but either over salted or no flavor to anything. Answered Feb 10, 2023
