Today I called the Bread of Life Food Pantry and spoke with a very rude and impatient man who identified himself as simply being the security guard. I was really taken aback by his impatient attitude, he lost his temper with me within the span of mere minutes during our conversation. I was really surprised by this in consideration to the fact that I was calling to for help in getting free food. I was expecting to encounter people who were more understanding and sympathetic to my situation- dude wouldn\'t give me a basic explanation of the documentation I would need to receive free food...
